FAQs

Session 1 focuses on motivation, self-relevance, and “stickiness.” by establishing three primary goals.

Session 2 starts to move the coachee by helping the coachee see how they will achieve their goals. This is achieved by creating a set of strategies and then setting actions around the first strategy for each goal.

Sessions 3-7 are about achieving the goals by executing one strategy at a time. As coaches we manage progress and accountability as well as facilitating insight and building habit.

The last session is to celebrate the progress that the coachee has made towards achieving their goals, as well as new habits they have built and breakthroughs they have made.

Any individual can benefit from coaching! The journey will be personally rewarding, akin to having a personal fitness trainer or yoga master guiding you towards greatness.

Coaching is a mental and emotional process that triggers new thinking, develops new perspectives, and leads to behavioural change.

DJ is an accredited coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and follows a Brain-Based Coaching approach. His expertise in Clifton Strengths and Hogan Assessments enhances his ability to guide individuals and organisations. DJ is also certified as an Emotional Intelligence coach (EQ-i version 2.0), allowing him to coach people on their EQ-i reports and 360 EQ-i assessments.

Team coaching sessions are customised by assessing team dynamics, identifying specific goals, and tailoring activities or discussions to address the team’s unique challenges, strengths, and objectives. This includes personalised feedback, aligning sessions with the team’s development stage, and incorporating relevant organisational context.

The key is to deliver transformative solutions that foster a mindset of empathy, cultural intelligence, and innovation, driving measurable performance.
